When you book an session for interspecies communication the following information is collected:
- Your name and email address
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe or PayPal — we do not store card details)
- Your submitted questions for the session
- Information about your animal(s): name, species, age, gender and approximate size
How Your Information Is Used
- To process your booking and payment
- To prepare for and deliver your session
- To send you session recordings (if applicable)
- To communicate important information about your booking
- To improve our service
Data Retention
- Booking and payment records are retained for up to 7 years in compliance with Swedish accounting requirements.
- Session-related notes and recordings are kept for up to 12 months unless you request deletion earlier.
Recordings
- Group sessions are audio recorded and shared only with participants in the same session. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed outside the participant group.
- Private sessions include a follow-up video or audio-call where I share the full communication received from your animal. This call is audio recorded, and the recording is provided to you for private use only. It may not be shared publicly or distributed in any format (including but not limited to podcasts, articles, videos, radio or social media) without my prior written consent.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (unless I am required by law to keep it)
- Withdraw consent for recordings
