These terms set out the conditions for booking, participating in, and cancelling goods and services offered through this website. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancel 24+ hours before your session for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.
- Booking closes 12 hours before the session starts.
- If cancelled from our end, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
Session Guidelines
- Please do not provide any information about your animal before the session unless specifically requested. The session is designed to begin with a live conversation, during which you will answer only the questions asked. Keeping prior information to a minimum helps preserve the integrity of the reading. At your scheduled appointment time, please be available via Signal (preferred), Zoom or telephone (available only in selected countries), for an audio call.
- Full Animal Reading : The session begins with a live conversation. Once the connection has been established, the call will end and the reading will continue independently. You do not need to remain available during the reading. After the session is complete, you will receive an audio recording containing the information received during the reading.
- Lost Pet Emergency: The session begins with a live conversation. Once the connection has been established, the reading will continue independently. Because lost pet cases are time-sensitive, you must remain available throughout the session using the same contact method used for the initial call (Signal, Zoom, or telephone), as follow up questions may be required while the reading is i progress. After the reading is complete, a second call will be held to review the information received and answer any immediate follow-up questions. You will also receive an audio recording of the completed session.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Privacy
- Session details are treated as confidential.
- Personal information collected (such as your name, email, and animal details) is used only for delivering the session and processing payment.
- Information is never sold or shared with third parties.
