These terms set out the conditions for booking, participating in, and cancelling goods and services offered through this website. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancel 24+ hours before your session for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.
- Booking closes 12 hours before the session starts.
- If cancelled from our end, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
Session Guidelines
- Group sessions: one main question per participant is submitted in advance. A backup/secondary question may also be submitted, but only one main question per participant is guaranteed to be answered.
- Private group sessions: up to 8 total questions allocated by the group. 8 backup/secondary question may also be submitted, but only the main questions are guaranteed to be answered.
- Private one-on-one sessions: full in depth readings; no questions need be submitted.
- Questions must be submitted no later than 6 hours before the scheduled session. Late or missing submissions may result in fewer questions asked & answered within the session.
- Late arrivals are welcome, but sessions end at the scheduled time. Extra time cannot be added if you arrive late.
- Group sessions are audio recorded and distributed only to participants in the same session. By booking, you consent to being recorded for this purpose. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed outside the participant group. If you do not wish to be recorded, please book a private session instead.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Privacy
- Session details are treated as confidential.
- Personal information collected (such as your name, email, and animal details) is used only for delivering the session and processing payment.
- Information is never sold or shared with third parties.
